At Locker Room, delivery is an extension of the brand. Every order is prepared with precision and sent with intent, whether locally or globally.
1. Order Preparation
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 15:00 (SAST) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed thereafter will be processed the following business day.
- During peak periods, additional time may be required to maintain our standards of accuracy and presentation.
- A confirmation email with full tracking details will be issued once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Delivery (South Africa)
We partner with established, reputable courier services to ensure secure nationwide delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be influenced by external conditions beyond our control.
3. International Delivery
Locker Room offers international shipping to selected destinations. At checkout, you may select from available courier services based on your preferred delivery timeframe and rate. Options will be presented clearly prior to payment.
Please note the following for international orders:
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs procedures may extend delivery timelines beyond the estimated timeframe.
- Locker Room does not facilitate returns or exchanges on international orders. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.
- All international sales are considered final.
4. Courier Selection
- Where applicable, customers may select their preferred courier service during checkout.
- Once confirmed and dispatched, courier arrangements cannot be amended.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, parcel weight and dimensions, and the selected courier service.
- Complimentary shipping is offered on all South African orders exceeding R1,500.00.
6. Tracking
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly through the selected courier's tracking platform.
- Should you not receive tracking details within 1–2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lockerroomstore.co.za and our team will assist promptly.
7. Delivery Conditions
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.
- Locker Room cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
8. Delays
While we maintain rigorous operational standards, delays may occasionally occur due to the following:
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Courier operational interruptions
- International customs clearance processes
Where significant delays arise, we will provide assistance in liaising with the relevant courier on your behalf.
9. Risk & Transfer of Responsibility
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address and acceptance of the parcel by the customer or any person present at the delivery address.
- Upon confirmed delivery by the courier service, responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient. Locker Room cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery confirmation.
- In accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation, risk remains with Locker Room until the goods have been delivered to the customer.
10. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
Each order is prepared with care and inspected prior to dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@lockerroomstore.co.za, including your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution promptly.
11. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Locker Room due to an incorrect delivery address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
