We offer free local shipping in South Africa on all orders over R1,500. For orders below R1,500, a standard shipping fee of R100 applies. For international orders, you will be quoted a rate at checkout.

Order processing takes 5–6 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days to major cities including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Durban. Outlying areas may take a day or two longer. We'll keep you in the loop if anything changes.

The culture has no borders! Yes, we ship worldwide. We use FedEx, and UPS for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that any local duties or taxes at your end are for your own account.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Local orders are tracked through Aramex, and international orders through DHL. If you haven't received your tracking link, please allow up to one business day after your processing period before reaching out.

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, exchange, refund, or voucher. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Please make sure to view our full returns & exchanges policy.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
