At Locker Room, we aim to make every part of your shopping experience straightforward and reliable. This policy sets out how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled so you know exactly what to expect.

You have 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase to request a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Please note: Returns are currently not available for international orders.

3. Change of Mind Returns (Unwanted or Unsuitable Items)

The following conditions apply to change of mind returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered — with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You may choose a refund or exchange.
  • Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Locker Room reserves the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, misuse, or alteration.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

The following conditions apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. If your item is defective, please notify us within 6 months of purchase.
  • You may choose a full refund or exchange.
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded.
  • Return courier costs will be covered by Locker Room.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Photographic evidence will be requested before a return is approved via our online portal.

5. Sale and Promotional Items

  • Sale and promotional items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If defective, damaged, or incorrect, you qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • For change of mind returns, you may choose a refund or exchange.
  • All standard return conditions apply.

6. Online Return Process

  • Returns can be initiated via the Returns/Exchange section on our website under Support.
  • Once your item has been received and inspected, your approved refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the return is approved.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items that have been washed, worn, used, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
  • International orders

8. Additional Terms

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without proof of purchase, a return may not be approved.
  • Unauthorised alterations will invalidate return eligibility.
  • During major promotional periods (including Black Friday), return processing may begin once the promotion has concluded.
  • Locker Room covers return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Locker Room reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
